The e-mail account [email protected] can also be used by the responsible staff in the Regional Offices to address generic or country-specific queries and seek advice and assistance. The message to [email protected] may not be copied to individual staff members in OSD or to the Country Office in order to avoid proliferation of unnecessary e-mail messages. For the same reason, Country Offices will be advised to address their queries related to the management of their offices directly to you without copying OSD.
