Countries & Offices
The Countries & Offices section is where all office information can be edited and administrative transactions can be performed. This section can be edited only by users who have been provided edit access privilege otherwise the information will be in read-only mode.
The working areas have been grouped as follows:
- Budget Management: Budget related functions
- Facilities Management: Collects data related to buildings occupied by FAO Decentralized Offices and Projects.
- Office Management: Office related information (Office Addresses, Contact numbers, ICTO/OTC, Working hours & Holidays)
- Documents & Reports: For the submission of Fraud Control, Inception and Terminal reports.
- Office Monitoring Alerts: To view required updates related office data
- Assets : Asset related functions (Local Inventory, Vehicles logs)
- Local Contracts: Contracts related functions (Local Contracts)
- Contacts: (Office Contacts): View all Office & Staff contact numbers
- Banks: (Panel of Signatories)
- Staff: Staff related functions (AOS Posts* and Staff Presence)
- Government & Contribution: (Yearly In-Kind Contribution)
- Security: Security related functions (RSM & SRM)
