For so many years, we have been advocating that approach to dealing with hunger in the World. But this time, it did happen at that same meeting, and it was decided that US$20 billion would be mobilized to support over three years (2009-2011) that new direction. In fact the US$20 billion has been increased to US$22 billion."Dr. Diouf said"
